Mindful Movement is an integrative approach to healing and well-being which includes Somatic Movement Education, Somatic Experiencing, Authentic Movement, Sound and Vibration Healing and Reiki.

  • A method of movement education and repatterning in which the practitioner and participant recognize the human being as a whole, including the body, the mind and the interaction of both systems.

  • The Somatic approach to healing and well-being emphasizes personal experience as the main form of learning and thus seeks to create spaces of experience and constant experimentation, giving autonomy within the process of healing and transformation.

You are invited to a deep consciousness of the body, movement, body-mind relationship and behavior patterns. Body mind movement is for those who wish to deepen and remember the intelligence of the body and know their deepest structures. Drawing on the concepts from Bodymind Movement, Somatic Experiencing and Reiki, Individuals may examine patterns of movement through various body systems and invite the opportunity for re-patterning. Emphasis is placed on experiencing anatomy through movement, touch and movement potential.

Your individual outcomes will draw largely from your somatic experiences, experiential anatomy and hands on bodywork.
